6) Igor Dobrowolski, was born in 1987 in Jelenia Góra. His adventure with the world of art, only began in 2016. However, in a short period of time, he was appreciated and gained worldwide fame. He has exhibited his works in Miami, Taiwan, London, Los Angeles and Berlin, among others, collaborating with famous galleries such as Maddox Gallery and Gin Huang Gallery.
He is known for his very conscious approach to art making, distinguishing several series in his work for which different psychological characters of the author are responsible. Discovering in himself feminine emotions, sensitivity, grace or maturity in emotional development, he translates these qualities into the creation of sculptures. On the other hand, the opposition side, responsible for the gold reliefs, which are full of angular elements or sharp shapes, has a "tyrannical" personality towards its work. It shows titanic exemplification, not giving up in pursuit of goal, and high ambition. Another character, determining a different series of works, is an inner child who directs the author to make the so called children abstractions, painted with his left hand. These are images created on the border of trance and reality, in which the artist gives all his heart and unlimited, childlike imagination. The last, recognizable theme of Igor Dobrowolski's work is his so-called contemporary side, in which he wanted to combine all his previous works, touching upon social and political issues.
